BOOKING PROCEDURE
For each booking or request, please contact us by email to sales@parisatyourfingertips.com with the following information:
-Title of the tour
-Date of the tour
-Name(s) of participant(s)
-Type of room (double, twin, single)
-Supplement(s) required (hotel, transfer)

DEPARTURE / ARRIVAL
Each tour will depart and return from/to the same hotel in Paris. The pick-up time will be reconfirmed 30 days prior to travel. HOTELS All hotels will be reconfirmed 30 days prior to travel. We can also book additional nights in Paris before and/or after the tour.

TRANSFERS
Transfers between the airport and the hotel in Paris can be organised on request.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS
Prices are in Euros (EUR). Deposit and payments can be made by credit card, via Paypal or by direct deposit in NZ or AU dollars at following banks:

A non refundable deposit of 350,00 EUR per person, per tour, is required to secure your booking. The final balance is due 60 days prior to travel.

CANCELLATION POLICY All cancellation must be received in writing.
- If the tour is cancelled more than 60 days prior to travel a 350 Euros cancellation fee applies. (non-refundable deposit)
- If the tour is cancelled between 59 and 45 days prior travel, 50% cancellation fee applies.
- If the tour is cancelled 44 days or less prior to travel 100% cancellation fee applies.

GUARANTEED GROUP DEPARTURES The term "group tour" is defined as having a minimum of 10 passengers travelling. When there are 10 passengers or more booked at a certain date, the group tour will depart. In the event of only 9 passengers or less booked at a specific date that departure would be withdrawn. In such rare circumstances, the clients would be informed at least 90 days prior scheduled departure and entitled to full refund.

PRICE
Prices indicated in Euros are net. Prices do not include flights, visas, tips, or any personal expenses.

RESPONSABILITY
Times and itineraries stated in our programs may be modified due to circumstances beyond our control or by events of force majeure. Planned excursions during the trip may be modified depending on the weather conditions or hotels availabilities.

MODIFICATION
Any modification after the arrival date will be at the client's expense and responsibility. No refund will be given for any unused services.

DISPUTE
Any complaint related to a trip must be made on the spot to the local provider or the guide. If no acceptable solution can be found, the client has to report to the operator immediately to make him aware of problems. The operator will only consider claims if
- the issue has been raised and unsolved at the time,
- the Operator has been formerly informed immediately after the incident.
- a written claim is submitted within 21 days after the end of the trip

In case of dispute, the tribunals of Paris have sole jurisdiction.

INSURANCE
PARIS AT YOUR FINGERTIPS recommends to all clients to subscribe a Travel Insurance.

All bookings require formal acceptance of these conditions of sale.
